REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Installation of IT hardware and software
• Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and above)
• Windows Server (2012 R2 and newer)
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, File Permissions, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking (routing & switching)
• Experience with Exchange, Office 365, and PowerShell

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Capita SIMS (server & client-side)
• Veeam Backup solutions
• Apple product support
• Ubiquiti networking products
• VOIP systems
• Microsoft Azure
• IP CCTV Systems & Access Control (Paxton)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
