Club Support Inc. is a Private Corporation dedicated to creating an efficient Computer Environment with daily monitoring and support to the recreational Club community (Golf clubs, Social clubs, and Professional clubs). Our entrepreneurial, dynamic, and flexible team has been working together for over 10 years and our consultative approach makes us the go to team when it comes to our clients IT needs. We offer fully Managed IT Services with affordable custom rates for small and medium sized businesses.
We are looking to add an individual with IT knowledge but more importantly a person who is positive and open to learn new things.
The chosen individual will have to manage the Communications with the Clients, visit clients sites, install and configure new equipment, identify computer related problems. The person would have to have experience running cables and work with setting up and mount new equipment. Handyman experience would be an asset. Must be legally residing in Canada with at least a valid work visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues at various client locations.
  • Cabling.
  • CCTV & VOIP knowledge/ troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, hardware, software, networks, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, system updates, and software patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inventory. Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their IT needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and providing support.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and AD Domain enviroments. MacOS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and A VEHICLE IS A MUST.

Education and Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or another industry-recognized certification is required.
