ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT Field Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our services run smoothly by providing top-notch technology support. You’ll travel across various counties in Michigan to install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment. Your work will help safeguard client data and enhance operational efficiency, allowing our service delivery professionals to focus on providing exceptional care without technological interruptions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems in offices, group homes, and other facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and medical devices.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide on-site training and support to healthcare staff on using IT systems and equipment.
• Document all service requests and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
• Travel within Michigan for location-specific repairs, equipment replacements, and installations. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
