Job Title: Feild IT Helpdesk Technician
Responsible to: Technical Services Engineer
Department: Managed Services
Main purpose of job: Provide outstanding technical and customer support to clients in their offices and remotely. This position supports Microsoft Windows 11 and a few Mac PC’s / Laptops and printers. You’re responsible to resolve both Software and hardware issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A+ Certification
  • Administration experience with MS365 Exchange cloud
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of Windows security threats and solutions
  • Must keep detailed notes and update / Close service tickets
  • Strong internet connection from you home office to support VOIP needs of our Microsoft Teams solution
  • Stable and fast internet connecting from you home office

ZenaIT Helpdesk provides technical support to our clients when needed. Theis is done remotely 90% of the time however site visits are needed occasionally. The Helpdesk engineer is responsible to answer the call withing two rings, connect to the clients system and resolve the issue. The selected candidate will receive training on the following tools that are used:

  • Datto Autotask (PAS)
  • Datto RMM
  • MSP360 360 backup

This position is a work from home opportunity and your hours will be 7:00am to 4:00pm. We use Microsoft team as our primary communications and collaboration tool set. We are a close team with frequent discussions throughout the day. We value our employees and conduct annual reviews and pay increases as warranted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and setup M365 accounts
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Workstations, Laptops, Mac’s, and Printers
  • Configure Workstations and Laptops including PC’s and printers
  • Upgrade hard drives and replace items such as power supplies
  • Install and configure Windows 11 devices
  • Deliver and setup of configured systems
  • Restore data with MSP360 or SaaS Protect (training provided)
  • Configure users’ system for the network printer remotely
  • Software troubleshooting includes reinstallation of applications, drivers, which can lead to researching Internet sites for hardware drivers as well as contacting of hardware vendors for support
