abra SAP department is seeking an IT Finance Project Manager. We are looking for a skilled IT Finance Project Manager to lead ERP-based finance solutions end-to-end — from understanding business needs to delivering and improving systems in production. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT and requires strong ERP finance expertise, hands-on systems analysis capabilities, and proven project and stakeholder management experience. A full-time, hybrid position, based in the Central District of Israel. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end projects for finance solutions and applications, including planning, delivery, testing (UAT), and go-live Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements and perform systems and business process analysis Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documents Define and document ERP integrations and technical interfaces while collaborating with ERP, BI, Data, and Integration teams Drive automation initiatives and improve ERP-based financial processes Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project execution Ensure compliance with information security, documentation, and change control standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in project management Experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition Experience writing functional and technical specification documents Hands-on ERP experience, including SAP FI (configuration, data migration, and integrations) Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud Familiarity with SaaS / cloud systems and modern data architectures

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP-based finance projects from requirements gathering and system analysis to delivery and production support. Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors while driving automation and ensuring compliance with documentation and security standards.
