Location: Head office, Newbury.
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am - 12.30pm.
Starting salary: £27,601.20.
Target salary: £30,668.
Interviews: 90-minute interview held in our head office in Newbury. We aim to interview successful applicants within 10 working days. Feedback will be provided regardless of the outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills to effectively meet deadlines and adapt to change.
  • Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to work in IT and develop a career in IT support.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.
  • Experience as a First-Line IT Support Analyst.
  • Experience with Active Directory user management.
  • Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles.
  • Knowledge of Wincdows operating system deployment.
  • Driving licence.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment.
