DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented IT Functional Lead - Supply Chain to join our team specializing IT Business Solutions for our Business Technology and Digital Transformation Division in Scoresby, Melbourne.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive ERP systems implementations and managing complex applications landscape
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP configuration with expertise in various S/4 HANA modules, specifically in Supply Chain management and manufacturing.
  • Certification in at least two of the major Supply Chain relevant modules (LE, PP, MM, EWM, IM, WM)
  • Conversant with trouble shooting and debugging of SAP design, configuration, as it relates to solution gaps and incident management for end-user process including 3rd level production support
  • Demonstrated ability to upskill to knowledge on contemporary and emerging technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cloud computing.
  • Proven leadership skills, behaviours and experiance.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Partner with business functions to elicit and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on large-scale system implementations, enhancements, and solution validation.
  • Design and document innovative solutions that meet technical, security, compliance, and business needs using SAP S/4 HANA and other platforms.
  • Drive change impact assessments, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and process adaptation across organizations.
  • Mentor junior analysts, foster effective team dynamics, and apply Business Relationship Management practices to deliver value.
  • Contribute to strategic projects involving ERP optimization, cloud integrations, and emerging technologies including Blue Yonder and MuleSoft.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Significant experience in SAP implementation and management, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules (LE, PP, MM, EWM, IM, WM), with two or more certifications.
  • Current SAP certification in at least two Supply Chain relevant modules must be held at time of application.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution design, analysis, and third-level support.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects.
  • A solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices.
