What you will do Be the first line of defense for end-user support—diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges. Keep us connected by managing Microsoft 365 applications and accounts. Own the hardware lifecycle—from setup and deployment to maintenance. Empower our team with training and tips that make tech easy and accessible. Monitor and optimize system and network performance, escalating issues when needed. Document like a pro—maintain IT controls, system guides, and user documentation. Drive IT service excellence through incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution. Champion security by supporting data protection and compliance with company policies. Collaborate and innovate with IT leadership on process improvements and technology projects. Requirements Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and applications. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Solid understanding of IT operations and system administration. Familiarity with information security and data governance. Excellent communication skills—you can train and support users with ease. Detail-oriented and process-driven. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a hunger to learn new tech.
