The IT Governance Coordiantor is a newly created position to help keep our IT operations sharp, compliant, and running smoothly. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the engine behind our IT governance, vendor coordination, and project support. From tracking project actions and managing vendor check-ins to keeping our governance deliverables on point, you’ll be central to making things happen. Typically, in this role you will: Support IT projects with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups Coordinate vendor meetings and maintaining resource planning data Track compliance obligations and governance activities Provide proactive admin support to the IT team and senior leaders Manage calendars, communications, and sensitive data with precision Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need Solid understanding of IT operations, project management, and ITIL fundamentals Proven experience in IT admin or coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear communication and a collaborative mindset High proficiency in M365 tools Additional Information BOSS Best Places to Work 2024 –credited for its culture, engagement and flexible working arrangements.
