We are looking for an IT Governance Manager (m/f/d) for our Stuttgart location.

Your tasks:

• Active monitoring and evaluation of regulatory requirements related to IT
• Ensuring the compliance of all IT systems and processes together with the operational IT departments.
• Conducting compliance and governance reviews of IT applications and projects
• Consulting for IT and business departments on IT-related regulatory and legal requirements
• Further development of guidelines, standards and specifications for practical IT governance
• Organization and support of internal and external audits, as well as follow-up of measures.
• Monitoring of regulatory changes and derivation of necessary implementation measures
• Close collaboration with information security, business continuity management (BCM), data protection, compliance, and risk management.

Your profile:

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with professional experience in the field of IT governance, IT compliance, IT law and IT standards
• Strong interest in technological and strategic IT topics and good knowledge of IT-related issues at the conceptual, architectural and operational levels, as well as the ability to establish connections to legal and regulatory frameworks. 
• Strategic, communicative personality with analytical thinking skills, confident demeanor and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner across different disciplines.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work style as well as teamwork skills
