About this job

YOUR TASKS

  • You advise our clients on the further development of their cybersecurity, risk and compliance structures and support them in the sustainable anchoring of security and governance requirements in their organizations.
  • You support clients in implementing regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, eIDAS2.0 and other European regulations, and assist with their integration into existing processes and organizational structures.
  • You analyze existing IT, security, and governance structures, assess cyber and IT risks, and develop concrete recommendations for action and implementation roadmaps.
  • You develop concepts and target models for governance, risk and control structures, or, for example, subject-specific topics for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Vulnerability Management, and support their implementation.
  • You plan, manage and coordinate work packages within IT and cybersecurity projects, working closely with specialist departments, IT, information security and compliance functions.
  • You design and structure assessments and support clients in decision-making and prioritizing measures, for example by conducting workshops or interviews.
  • You prepare analysis results, management documents and presentations in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and communicate complex issues clearly to different stakeholders.
  • You monitor technological, regulatory and market-related developments in the field of cybersecurity and contribute new ideas to customer projects and the further development of our consulting portfolio (e.g. in the area of ​​digital identities).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a good to very good degree in (business) informatics, economics, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable field.
  • For the role of consultant, you bring initial relevant professional experience (internships or working student positions), ideally in consulting or a strategically oriented environment.
  • You have initial practical experience or a strong interest in cybersecurity, digital identities, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and regulatory issues, and ideally have gained exposure to one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), vulnerability management, IAM, or digital identities.
  • You have gained experience in projects and possess a basic understanding of project management, project control, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • You have a good basic understanding of technology, are not afraid of technical concepts, and enjoy working at the interface between technology, business, and management.
  • You communicate effectively with your target audience and use state-of-the-art technologies and applications to facilitate workshops and to prepare and present content and results in a compelling way.
  • You are characterized by initiative, a willingness to learn, team spirit and a strong customer focus, you enjoy taking on responsibility and strive to achieve sustainable results together with customers and colleagues.
  • You are ready to travel
  • You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
