Inventory and auditing will be undertaken regularly. This position will also collaborate on documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Receive and inventory laptops · Set up laptops in accordance with standard procedures · Deploy laptops in office or to remote users · Audit inventory and keep system up to date · Maintain documentation · Inventory Recycling and E-Waste · Coordinate with branch offices to ensure proper stock and inventory recycling · Work Help Desk tickets and Calls when not engaged with hardware QUALIFICATIONS: · Associate degree in Computer Science or a similar field · 2+ years of proven IT Help Desk experience · 1+ years working with inventory · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Attention to detail · Strong analytical skills · Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues
