IT HELP DESK ANALYST – CALL CENTER (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Location: Conyers, GA | Bilingual Spanish preferred
Seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician with strong customer service skills for a high-volume call center environment. The role involves providing Tier 1 technical support for both internal and external users, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, resolving connectivity problems, assisting with account management, and escalating complex cases to Tier 2 or senior staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ months call center customer support experience.
  • 2+ years IT Help Desk experience.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
    Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 per week
