As a Help Desk Associate you will provide first-level support to inquiries made to the IT Help Desk, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware, and track and assist the IT staff with resolving IT-related issues. The pay range for this position starts at $15.93 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. Duties Include: Positively respond to all inquiries made to the IT Help Desk and provide first-level support. Troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Perform or obtain assistance for computer/printer repairs. Develop checklists, guides, and documentation to assist with future support resolutions. Monitor daily system reports. Assist in training and educating credit union staff regarding computer upgrades. Document repairs, incidents, and procedures for IT-related activities. Installs and tests computer-related equipment. Performs selected system administration for Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and on-premises/cloud-based applications. Assists in maintaining system inventory. Attention to detail and follow up skills. Computer hardware and software support skills, including mastery of Microsoft Suite. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Resume and cover letter required.
