    You will support the specialised IT team to deliver exceptional service to our internal clients in a national role. The role supports the firm by assisting our diverse and specialised IT team through both in person and virtual channels. You will be actively involved in a wide variety of tasks and play a key role in supporting our team with the resolution of IT and technical issues along with the implementation of new processes.

Responsibilities

Some of the things you will get involved in on a daily basis include:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support in a Microsoft 365 environment
  • Manage daily priorities and deal with urgent requests
  • Assist in the management of end user PCs, printers, mobile phones, applications and peripherals
  • Provide assistance with setup, problem solving and management of video conferencing equipment
  • Ensure the ongoing provision of services
  • Install base software on networked and stand alone PCs
  • Remain up to date with current applicable IT trends
  • Manage users, computers and their security permissions

You will ideally have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Up to two years’ experience in a IT Help Desk role in a professional services environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, timely client service
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both written and verbal
  • A team player attitude, whilst also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously
