IT HELP DESK

RC Willey is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to support our IT department. We’re looking for problem-solving individuals who are committed to providing excellent service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of quality and efficiency.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Openness to work differing shifts, including evenings and Saturdays. No Sunday work required

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
  • Document and track all support requests using the company’s ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • All other duties as assigned
