Job Description A suitable candidate is one who possess good customer service skills and has little knowledge in solving IT related issues Duties Providing IT assistance to staff and customers. Receiving issues from users and solving logged errors in a timely manner. Maintaining databases and ensuring system security. Keeping records of calls and directing it to relevant parties to resolve Qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field Must be a Lagos Corp member currently looking for a place of primary assignment Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries Good customer service skills Additional Information Only qualified candidates will be contacted
