What You’ll Be Doing: Providing onsite technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Training computer users on basic usage of computer systems Maintaining daily performance of computer systems Installing, modifying, cleaning up, and repairing computer hardware, software, workstations, and servers Running diagnostic programs and asking questions to determine nature of problem, and then resolving problems Resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems Responding to questions from customers seeking help either via email, in person, or over the phone Using systems management tools to monitor events, manage ticket system, and ensure clients’ environments are running optimally Performing other related duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Need To Be Successful: Regular, reliable attendance A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred but not required 1-year experience in similar role preferred but not required Must be available for varying shifts depending on customers’ needs Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently within a team Must be able to pass drug screening and background check Bilingual a plus About us: Riverside Technologies, Inc. Responsibilities
