OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of software and hardware issues. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients IT infrastructure, assisting users with their technical needs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in technical support roles with a strong background in software troubleshooting and desktop support.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments as well as Linux systems is preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills to diagnose problems effectively and implement solutions promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Experience in managing mobile devices within an enterprise environment is a plus.
