This position will provide you a variety of opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and keep you current with new technological trends. The basic responsibilities of this position include design, installation and configuration of Microsoft based networks; maintain client security by establishing and enforcing appropriate policies; troubleshoot and resolve system failures and performance issues; provide appropriate communication to client and management; be a good representative of the company. Entry-Level Network / Server Technician We’re a Microsoft-focused IT firm seeking an Entry-Level Network / Server Technician to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure in a fast-paced, professional environment. What you’ll do: Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (mailboxes, Teams, licensing). Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows 11 focus). Assist with basic networking tasks (IP addressing, VLANs, connectivity). Use remote access tools (RDP, VPN) to support end users. Learn SQL, IIS, and other enterprise technologies under senior guidance. Requirements What we’re looking for: Passion for IT and eagerness to learn. STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE HAPPY!
