Requirements Job Requirements · Provide Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices across multiple branches. · Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests; log, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner. · Troubleshoot POS systems, label printers, handheld scanners, and other technology critical to wholesale and warehouse operations. · Assist with user onboarding, account setup, password resets, and basic system administration. · Maintain, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment. · Support ERP, inventory, and order-management systems used in the plumbing wholesale industry (training provided). · Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed. · Document procedures, fixes, and FAQs to improve helpdesk efficiency. · Contribute to ongoing technology projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
