SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12-24 months of IT operations experience with MAC OS and enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with MAC OS is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in mobile device support and MDM (Mobile Device Management).
  • Experience with Office 365 and Google Workplace.
  • Knowledge of Multi-factor Authentication.
  • Willingness to travel locally between offices as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Address user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware, resolving lower-complexity issues.
  • Conduct remote software installations and perform hardware testing as needed.
  • Monitor system operations using diagnostic tools to identify errors and ensure proper functionality.
  • Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions, documenting issues, solutions, and installation activities.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues using manuals, user interactions, and computer diagnostics.
