Galway is home to our Design and Technical Department and we are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support the team onsite.
The IT Help Desk Technician provides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of an organisation’s computer systems. They are often the first point of contact for staff when something goes wrong or needs fixing on their computer system.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A keen interest in IT and willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and a basic understanding of network technologies/infrastructure
  • Familiar with Office 365, Azure, SharePoint
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
