Description Job Summary: Candidates must be friendly, personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Job responsibilities will center on providing technical support on all computer hardware and software. Activities will be conducted primarily through email and telephone support, will also require regular on-site support to users at all banking locations. Duties will also include: installation and maintenance of equipment; monitoring and updating IT logs, schedules, and reporting; vendor engagement.
