Description Are you passionate about technology and helping others solve problems? CU*Answers is looking for a Client Support and Operations Specialist to join our team in our Las Vegas office and provide first-tier computer and network technical support to our partners and clients across the credit union industry. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting with computer hardware, networking, and managed services technologies while helping ensure our clients stay connected and operational. Schedule: Mon-Fri 12:00pm - 9:00pm. In-office only. No remote opportunities. What You’ll Do Provide first-tier technical support for computer and network hardware Assist with managed services technologies including firewalls, servers, and routers Help implement new client installations and conversion projects Support Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environments Assist with network projects such as domain migrations and firewall installs Perform routine system maintenance and administrative tasks Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service What You Bring High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience 1–2 years of IT or technical support experience preferred Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing) Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange administration Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Ability to travel to client sites when needed At CU*Answers, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team that supports credit unions across the country while growing your skills in networking, infrastructure, and client technology support.
