POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Manager of IT, the Helpdesk Analyst Intern will support IT operations across Cogir’s North American locations. This role offers hands-on learning and valuable exposure to enterprise IT systems and support processes. The intern will gain practical experience with Azure and Office 365 while building customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced IT environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues. Log and manage support tickets using tools like Zendesk. Support account management tasks (e.g., password resets, AzureAD updates). Help with deployment and setup of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades or software rollouts. Maintain IT inventory and assist with recycling or staging of equipment. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience & Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows or macOS environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems (e.g., Cherwell). Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ideal Candidate Traits: Enthusiastic and eager to learn. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus. Holds basic certifications like CompTIA A+ or N+ (preferred) WORK SETTING In-person, out of our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.
