Based in Ruddington, Nottingham we’re looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to work in our IT Department supporting our network of stores.
We’re looking for someone to be a single point of contact for all Stores providing a service for resolution, including advice and problem diagnosis. You’ll need to analyse the nature of each query and provide a suitable solution within the necessary timescales. You’ll need to assess situations and escalate problems that could potentially have a severe impact on the business. Another part of this interesting role includes carrying out system builds, configuring, shipping and installing new equipment.
