Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in IT support, with a strong focus on user account management and access control

Technical Skills:

  • Practical experience with user provisioning, access management, and IT support tools.
  • Basic understanding of AWS and cloud service monitoring, able to handle entry-level issues.
  • Familiarity with access control practices, especially in multi-application environments

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail, particularly in managing access and user accounts.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical staff
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Onboarding, Offboarding, & Access Management:

  • Manage user accounts, provisioning, and access control across multiple applications.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth access transitions for employees.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot access permissions in our systems, maintaining security compliance.

Basic Cloud Support & System Monitoring:

  • Provide Level 1 support for AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudWatch) as needed.
  • Monitor application alerts and assist with simple troubleshooting for AWS-based services.
  • Support basic issues related to web applications, coordinating with engineering for complex matters.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update support documentation related to access management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure issues and resolutions are tracked in the ticketing system for historical reference and future learning.

Requirements:
