JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator & Helpdesk Support professional to join our technology team in Camden Park, SA.
In this hybrid role, you’ll handle both technical support (30%) and systems/network administration(70%), ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and responsive onsite user support.
As the primary point of contact for help desk support and systems maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our internal IT environment. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll contribute to daily operations and help adapt and implement group-wide projects at the local level.
While you’ll work closely with the IT Manager daily, you’ll also be supported by a broader network — including our local development team for business application support and the global Asmodee IT team for infrastructure and systems expertise. This role has a varied but manageable workload, with realistic expectations and the support of a collaborative team for escalations or complex issues.
This role offers hands-on exposure to both AWS and Azure environments, primarily focused on — but not limited to — managing cloud storage for backups and assisting with patching virtual machines. It’s a great opportunity to build foundational cloud skills in a real-world environment while being supported by an experienced IT Manager. Relevant industry certifications are valued but not required — we’re committed to supporting your growth through on-the-job learning and funded certification opportunities. We also offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with one work-from-home day each week.
