Due to our continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join our established, office-based Helpdesk team in Bromsgrove.
We are seeking a capable and experienced individual to join our busy, energetic, and friendly IT support team. The successful candidate will using our remote support tools and ticketing system to provide remote support to our clients. This role requires a solid understanding of IT technologies, security principles, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
The successful candidate must have a working understanding of:
· Active Directory and Azure AD
· Microsoft 365 including Exchange online and Teams
· Windows Server including Exchange server
· Windows desktop OS
· Firewall and routers
· Networking (LAN and WAN)
· Remote access and VPN solutions
· Anti-virus solutions
· Anti-spam solutions
· Backup and recovery solutions

Salary £26,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
