We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide onsite support at our client’s head office. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in IT/Infrastructure support, where you will be supporting VIP users and treating every support call with the utmost importance and urgency.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Helpdesk-Style Support:
  • Deliver comprehensive IT helpdesk support, addressing a wide range of technical issues and inquiries from users.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Manage Thin Client issues (Wyse/Dell) via the management portal.
  • Troubleshoot various MFP-related issues.
  • Resolve Okta/Login and Citrix issues.
  • Perform password resets and manage starters, leavers, and moves/changes as per procedure.
  • Handle email tasks, including forwards and distribution lists.
  • Ship equipment such as laptops and printers.
  • Handle RCC (ERP) tickets, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Provide technical support in a hybrid infrastructure environment, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Support management of virtual machines, virtual networks, and network security groups.
  • Conduct technical fault analysis and troubleshooting of Azure VM-hosted business systems.
  • Undertake root cause analysis of incidents and follow up through Problem Management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all IT procedures, processes, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deliver infrastructure projects and provide technical support to a wide range of users.
