Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers * Monitor, respond to and resolve support tickets in ITSM tool * Serve as an escalation point for Level 1/2 support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution * Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive (sync errors, permissions, storage issues) * Manage user accounts, group memberships, and permissions in Active Directory * Provision and deprovision of access to enterprise applications during onboarding/offboarding * Support MFA, conditional access, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions * Support and troubleshoot BitLocker encryption and assist with key recovery * Deploy and manage endpoint configurations and software installations via SCCM or Intune * Manage and monitor Windows updates, security patch deployments, and device compliance * Maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, and encryption compliance across all devices. * Collaborate with systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to resolve cross-functional issues * Assist with procurement, asset tracking, and inventory management of IT equipment * Document troubleshooting steps, known errors, solutions, and standard procedures Education & Experience * 2-3 years of experience in Helpdesk Operations / Service Delivery * Bachelors / masters of Engineer or Information Technology. Skills * Hands-on experience in user support operations * Basic understanding of ITIL processes * Basic scripting knowledge (VB, Macros, PowerShell, SQL or Python) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Excel for consolidating reports, including using basic formulas, filters, and formatting * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and should also be able to work independently. Working Conditions * This position requires to be available to work in shifts (24x7) and onsite.
