We are looking for a tech-savvy, patient-focused IT Help Desk Specialist to ensure our clinical and administrative teams have the seamless technical support they need to change lives. You won't just be "fixing computers." You will be the bridge between complex dental technology and patient care. You will manage standard IT requests while becoming an expert in dental imaging and practice management software. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Specialized Software Support Dental Software Management: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Practice Management Systems (e.g., Denticon, Winoms, Dentrix, EagleSoft, Curve) and 3D Imaging software. Imaging Integration: Troubleshoot digital sensors, CBCT (3D X-ray) machines, and intraoral cameras. Core IT Operations Technical Triage: Respond to support tickets involving hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, email, and in-person at the Lakeland office. Infrastructure Maintenance: Help maintain hardware and software for our 19 offices. Security & Compliance: Maintain HIPAA compliance and account access across all systems. Onboarding: Set up workstations and accounts for new surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in a Help Desk or Technical Support role. Experience in a healthcare or dental environment is a major plus. Technical Proficiency: * Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment. Why Join Frontline?
