Description

Mission Brief As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal and external users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, supporting enterprise applications, and contributing to IT projects and documentation. You will collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, procurement, and infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
