Job Details Job Location: COMANCHE RED RIVER HOTEL CASINO - DEVOL, OK Education Level: High School Salary Range: $17.53 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Category: Information Technology Description SCOPE OF POSITION: The I.T. Tier I Technician is responsible for supporting all employees on all I.T.-supported applications. The I.T. Tier I Technician’s performance is necessary for Comanche Nation Entertainment to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are major duties and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive. Answer employee questions on all I.T.-supported applications. Perform hardware and software installations. Troubleshoot and rectify hardware and software computer issues. Create users in all I.T.-supported systems. Reset passwords. Enter and maintain Help Desk entries. Document resolutions for future reference. Provide recommendations on application and equipment purchases. Maintain confidentiality of the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network and other sensitive information learned while performing duties. Perform other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: The I.T. Tier I Technician regularly engages in conversations and is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use eye-hand coordination. The I.T. Tier I Technician is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to sit or stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The I.T. Tier I Technician must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and work in a smoke-filled environment. The I.T. Tier I Technician may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members. Qualifications EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalency to include Home School Certificate. One (l) Year of IT experience Must possess experience in user management systems such as Active Directory and Casino Management Systems (Oasis, Konami, Bally, IGT, or Other)
