THE ROLE
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering expert technical support across a wide range of systems and devices. From VOIP to Windows troubleshooting, mobile device configuration to network setup, you’ll handle the varied day-to-day challenges of supporting modern business IT.
You’ll use remote tools to diagnose and resolve issues, and when needed, you’ll visit customer sites to provide hands-on support and installations. Every day will bring a mix of reactive troubleshooting and proactive project work.
