CHALLENGE:

Be able to apply technical and analytical skills in the process of digitizing and modernizing the HR area, by collecting, analysing and transforming data for decision-making.
It is also expected that this professional will have solid knowledge of the transversal processes of the people management area, to be able to develop and implement technological improvements that make processes more efficient.

NECESSARY AND PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with any HR/HCM ERP (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Meta4, Business Central, others).
  • Knowledge of database programming (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, others).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Sharepoint, Forms, Lists, Teams)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VBA macro and Office Script).

COMPLEMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in programming for process automation (e.g. Python, .NET, JAVA, others).
  • BI and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, others).
  • Knowledge as a user of some of the most relevant hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Skills for creating automatic flows and RPAs on the Microsoft Power Automate platform.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Analytical thinking - interpreting data and proposing improvements.
  • Problem solving - identifying and correcting flaws in systems/processes.
  • Strategic thinking and vision - turning data into action.
  • Effective communication - interpreting and adapting technical terms for teams to understand.
