As part of the IT Operations & Support team, you'll ensure smooth IT operations, provide 1st and 2nd level support to our employees, and manage a modern client and server infrastructure. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, coordinate external IT partners, and actively contribute to exciting IT projects.

Your tasks

• You are the contact person for our employees regarding IT questions and, together with the team, ensure reliable and solution-oriented 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• You administer Windows clients, mobile devices and enterprise applications using centralized management solutions.
• You provide IT workstations and set up hardware and software.
• You analyze recurring problems, identify optimization potential, and implement sustainable improvements.
• You coordinate the collaboration with external IT service providers and communicate technical issues.
• You will participate in IT projects and actively develop our system landscape.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT specialist) or possess a comparable qualification. Motivated career changers with a solid understanding of IT are also very welcome.
• You are service-oriented, think in a solution-oriented way and enjoy helping others with IT problems.
• You have initial experience in IT support or in the administration of Windows environments.
• Basic knowledge in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or Endpoint Management is an advantage – but your willingness to learn is more important to us.
• You are interested in learning about new applications, systems and technologies and in continuously developing your professional skills.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are also a team player.
• You have very good German skills, both spoken and written.
