We are looking for an IT Information Analyst Buying and Supply Chain. At Kramp, our Buying and Supply Chain processes are at the heart of our business. Every improvement you make directly impacts product availability, inventory levels, supplier performance, and ultimately customer satisfaction across Europe. We are looking for an IT Information Analyst Buying and Supply Chain who doesn’t just want to manage applications but wants to make real business impact using Slim4 and Oracle Procurement. In this role, you will help shape how we plan, buy, and collaborate with thousands of suppliers worldwide. Your work will influence how efficiently we operate, how smartly we plan inventory, and how effectively we control procurement costs. What is your role? You will translate business requirements and concepts into functional user stories. Creating and implementing test scripts according to these user stories is part of your job. You will plan and guide the implementation of new functionalities and software releases, with constant focus on helping the business in their daily work and optimizing workflows to make processes more efficient. Documentation of (new) functionalities and transferring knowledge to the support and maintenance organization is key. You will provide third-line functional support for users. You will take part in international projects related to procurement. Operating within Agile SCRUM Methodologies and utilizing the Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence) for effective collaboration. Your team You will join the new Buying and Supply Chain team (6 members) which is responsible for the applications Slim4 (our Supply Chain Planning system), Oracle Fusion/ Oracle Cloud Procurement and integrations with our suppliers. Your focus will be Slim4. Who are you? Besides your enthusiastic, curious mindset, we have a couple of requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies. Experience with application implementation, maintenance, and third line support. You have knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Planning systems (Slim4 is a plus) and preferable Oracle (Cloud) SCM modules, in particular Inventory and Procurement. You have knowledge and experience with SQL. You are customer-oriented (towards our colleagues) and enjoy working on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and analysis capabilities; you find it important to share knowledge, and you are a real team player. Fluent in written and spoken English. What do we offer?
