■Specific Job Responsibilities
  • Operation and maintenance of network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls. 
  • Operation and maintenance of physical and virtual Windows server infrastructure 
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity, and proactively identify and resolve problems. 
  • Responding to incidents and service requests, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. 
  • Managing and improving infrastructure changes according to the change management process. 
  • Coordination with vendors and service providers regarding hardware, software, and support services. 
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documents, configuration diagrams, and operating procedures. 
  • Ensuring compliance with security, risk, and compliance requirements.

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure (especially network/server construction), implementation, operation, and maintenance.
  • LAN/WAN design, router/switch configuration, VLAN/VPN construction, and protocol knowledge such as TCP/IP. 
  • Firewall design and configuration, network security enhancement and troubleshooting.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and operating Windows Server (including virtualization: VMware/Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Cloud design, construction, and operation of AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Security measures (IDS/IPS, TLS settings, vulnerability response), access control, audit compliance
  • Negotiations with external vendors (or with customers if you come from a vendor background)
  • Business-level or higher English skills
  • A level of proficiency sufficient for Teams meetings and email communication (目安: TOEIC: around 600 points)
