YOUR TASKS

• Server landscape: Management, monitoring and further development of the server landscape.
• Network infrastructure: Maintenance and ensuring a stable network infrastructure.
• Fault management: Analysis and resolution of faults in server and network operations.
• IT Security & Performance: Implementation of measures for IT security, availability and system performance.
• Projects & Collaboration: Participation in infrastructure projects as well as collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
• Ticketing system & documentation: Processing, documentation and tracking of tickets in the ITSM system as well as documentation of systems, changes and technical processes.

YOU OFFER

• Education: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the administration of server and network infrastructures are desirable.
• Microsoft environments: Good knowledge of Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, group policies and Microsoft 365.
• Virtualization & Monitoring: Experience with virtualization technologies, backup systems and monitoring solutions.
• Network technologies: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalling; basic understanding of IT security and data protection is an advantage.
