Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Support Engineer with L3 on Microsoft Server/Desktop Operating Systems? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Support Engineer.
As an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Support Engineer, you will support and develop a reliable, resilient infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
You will provide a BAU support function which covers the Azure Cloud and Infrastructure services. You will be monitoring the Service Desk Infrastructure, supporting queue and ensuring all tickets are managed to completion in line with SLA. You will also ensure all daily/weekly/monthly BAU tasks are fulfilled across the wide scope covered

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience to L3 on Microsoft Server/Desktop Operating Systems– Essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Networking fundamentals (subnetting, WAN, LAN, L1 L2 and L3 routing and switching) – Essential
  • 3rd line experience of managing and maintaining Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO Administration – Essential
  • Advanced knowledge and experience supporting O365 – Essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure – Essential
  • L3 experience supporting servers, storage, networking and security - Essential
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral – Essential
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 – Essential
  • Knowledge of Storage Technologies (SAN, NAS, and RAID) – Advantageous
  • Knowledge of HP/Aruba LAN switching – Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki Wireless - Advantageous
  • Knowledge of on prem hosted telephony platforms – Advantageous
  • Knowledge of firewalls technologies – Advantageous
  • Knowledge of networking monitoring tools – Advantageous
  • Expert level Windows Server knowledge and support
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge of security tooling and concepts
  • Knowledge of on prem/cloud hosted telephony platforms
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with IT teams, IT users and third-party vendors
  • Experience working to ITIL best practice, ITIL Foundation qualified (desirable)
