Let Me Tell You What You’ll Be Doing in This Role As a IT Infrastructure and Support Analyst - Networking, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission to preserve life. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Administration and management of IT support tickets within SLA targets Work with third-party vendors and IT Partners to resolve complex technical issues. Facilitate coordination, scheduling and hosting of vendors for onsite implementation or support efforts Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN. Manage network security components including Cisco Meraki firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Configure and maintain network switches, routers, and wireless access points. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve network performance issues. Support remote connectivity and secure access for global users. Provide basic administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines and Active Directory. Manage user identities, access controls, and automation tasks using PowerShell. Provide Level 2 support for Windows 10/11, endpoint devices, and core business applications. Occasionally assist with Level 1 support tasks. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, manage device lifecycle, and coordinate repairs. Support onboarding/offboarding processes including access provisioning and device setup. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments. Apply server updates, manage roles and features, and ensure system reliability. Ensure all systems and applications are regularly updated and patched in line with security and operational standards. Monitor update compliance and address any issues related to patch deployment. Assist with training staff members on new/upgraded software changes Research new technologies as directed by management Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through execution. Collaborate with internal IT teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication across global initiatives. Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards. Provide oversight of off-site backups Provide management with regular updates regarding IT initiatives or capabilities that will impact users Assist with offsite visits to satellite offices when necessary Oversite of current CCTV systems to monitor site security Adherence to data protection policies, IT security standards, and confidentiality agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Strong expertise in network administration and endpoint management. Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments. Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and basic networking. Experience with Cisco Meraki, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and patch management tools.
