Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview We are looking for a senior IT leader with strong hands-on technical expertise across SAP/ERP, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, systems integration, programming and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage the overall IT function, infrastructure and IT team.
• Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

2. Hardware & IT Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain IT hardware, workstations, peripherals, printers, storage and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems and infrastructure-related issues.

3. Networking & IT Security

• Manage and troubleshoot corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge equivalent to CCNA-level networking.

4. Server & Cloud Administration

• Administer and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
• Manage Windows/Linux server environments and related services.

5. SAP Implementation & Support

• Lead and support SAP Business One / SAP ERP implementation, configuration, customisation and ongoing support.
• Understand business processes and translate operational requirements into SAP solutions.

6. SAP Intercompany & Systems Integration

• Design, implement and support intercompany processes and integrations within SAP.
• Integrate SAP with other Group companies, systems and business applications.

7. AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify practical opportunities to introduce AI and automation into SAP and other business processes.
• Develop or implement automation for reporting, workflows, data processing, integrations and repetitive operational activities.
