Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure systems Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Optimize IT infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability Implement best practices in cybersecurity and data protection Collaborate with other departments to support digital transformation initiatives Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets and resource allocation Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, including 5+ years in leadership Strong expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and driving digital transformation initiatives Experience with IT service delivery, infrastructure optimization, and budget management Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
