• Design, implement, and operate standardized network, systems, and storage solutions across EMEA region
• Support in day-to-day IT operations
• Contributing to the development of our cloud platform strategy on Azure/AWS
• Identify and analyse business requirements. Plan, implement, and integrate new technologies and solutions, and provide recommendations and consultation on overall solution selection, design, and provisioning
• Lead IT infrastructure projects such as Backup and Archiving, Cloud Migration, and much more
• Communicate IT Infrastructure architecture/topics to other IT functions and business unit
• Define and deliver infrastructure services and support (2nd/3rd Levels) with a great team
• Support to design and operate key processes where needed like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
