Requirements Must-Have: · 3–5 years experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network support (enterprise/multi-site preferred). · Strong skills in: o Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy) o End-user device troubleshooting o Physical hardware (servers, racks, network devices) o Backup & disaster recovery o Remote server management o NAS/SAN storage o Telephony & unified communications o Virtual desktop / remote access o Network management (L1–L3), switches & routers o OS updates & patching · Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Arabic & English). Preferred: · Knowledge of ISO standards (27001, 20000) and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, GDPR). · Linux administration and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). · Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, hybrid) and hybrid integration. · Advanced troubleshooting (Windows/Linux). · Firewall administration, ticketing systems, project/change management. · Relevant certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect. · Familiarity with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault), storage systems (NetApp, Dell EMC), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
