Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure platforms including: VMware, Microsoft Azure, Linux, Servers, Storage Platforms, Networking, Cloud Services
Support infrastructure operations across multiple locations and customer-facing hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Support upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Follow security, compliance, and governance requirements
Participate in an on-call support rota when required.
Travel required is expected to be 5%, but may be higher at times depending on infrastructure support and project needs.

Required Skill & Experience

Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in:
- Infrastructure Engineering
- Systems Administration
- Technical Support
Strong knowledge of:
- Compute and server platforms
- Storage technologies
- Virtualisation - VMware
- Cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure
- Networking
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a global environment across different regions
