Due to continued growth & expansion, we are seeking to hire a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of robust and secure IT services across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure. Experience with VMware and FortiSuite solutions is a strong advantage.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, including tenant-level administration.
• Strong experience in Windows Server and Remote Desktop environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Experience in network infrastructure support, including switching, routing, and VLAN management.
• Hands-on experience with firewall management, ideally with Fortinet/ FortiGate/ FortiSuite (added bonus).
• VMware experience is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure, including Remote Desktop Services.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Monitor and support virtual infrastructure; experience with VMware is a strong plus.
• Maintain and implement firewall configurations, including rule sets and VLANs.
• Support endpoint and network security, backup processes, patching, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal team members and directly with clients to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions.
• Participate in client onboarding, system upgrades, and IT project implementation.
• Document system configurations, changes, and support cases accurately.
• Respond to escalated support issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
