Our Ideal candidate is someone who is up to date on new developments in the technology industry and work directly with other server and service owners to ensure the reliability and sustainability of our system, networks, and service infrastructure Responsibilities: Deliver second-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Assist in the installation of hardware and software components for servers. Deploy the approved updates/patches for Serevers & Network Devices to meet changes in information technology. Maintain Passive Components of the network infrastructure to support organizational needs. Monitor the behavior of the System Security for Data loss prevention. Reviews IT documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Reviews maintained records of IT assets and inventory processes. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any related field of studies. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills to carry out coordination/liaison with other sections. Working under pressure and effectively in a team. Good experience with Operating Systems Environment (Windows and Linux). Good experience with LAN and WAN Networks Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP,,…). Good knowledge with Switching & Routing Configuration (Cisco, HP, …) Good knowledge with Firewall Configuration (FortiGate, Cisco,…) Good experience with Microsoft 365 Applications. Good knowledge with cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)). Good knowledge with Cybersecurity Principles.
